We’re a group of homeowners committed to maintaining an inclusive community in a beautiful part of Poulsbo. Our residents get to enjoy multiple parks, are in proximity to stores, public transportation, schools, local swimming pools, and even dog, skateboard and bike parks, that all contribute toward making community living more pleasant.
Nestled among luscious trees, with a view of the mountains, our community is known for its serene lifestyle. We’re a group of proud homeowners who strive to maintain a high standard of living through community inclusion, maintained common areas, parks, walking paths, and quality living.
Caldart Heights offers two parks with play sets, both with fields for playing and one with a basketball court. Throughout the community there are multiple walking paths and picnic tables and benches, that take you in and around nature. Along your walk, there are dog refuse bag stations and garbage cans for convenient furry friend pick-up and disposal needs.

Our neighbor Olivia Salamon is hosting a Neighborhood Safety Prepardness Meeting to help us become prepared as a community for an emergencies such as earthquake, wildfire and others. Kitsap County Department of Emergency Management has a comprehensive packet of information that can be given to each household to help get ready for an emergency, and they are counting on neighborhoods to pass along this important information.
The meeting is scheduled for Monday, October 20th from 7-8:30 pm at the Poulsbo Library; if you plan to attend please email oliviajoysalamon@gmail.com to have enough household packets for everyone.
